In order to support and develop charity, The Vladimir Smirnov Foundation assists nonprofit organizations in obtaining the necessary funding and resources, and helps donors to ensure the most efficient use of the allocated funds. Cooperating with charity and social institutions, we contribute to their sustainable and successful development.
For companies and private donors
The Vladimir Smirnov Foundation offers support of socially relevant initiatives to companies and private donors. The Foundation provides consultations and picks and develops the most interesting and relevant charity programs, provides project management and progress monitoring. We guarantee the most efficient use of funds allocated to charity from private and corporate donors.

For individuals
The Vladimir Smirnov Foundation provides various types of social support to people. In order to get support, you have to fill out the necessary documents in accordance with our rules and send them to us by email at partner@smirnovfund.ru
For the media
The Vladimir Smirnov Foundation is a private charity foundation established in 2010.
The Foundation sponsors Russian charity, social and cultural organizations, develops and implements its own programs, finances unique social and cultural projects, carries out targeted support to people. The Foundation conducts its primary activities in the following fields:
- Children and family
- Elderly and physically challenged people
- Blood collection
- Social and cultural programs
We will be happy to meet with you and tell you about our Foundation in detail.
Management of the Foundation acts a member of numerous social organizations, including the Council on Guardianship under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Our work is an object of media interest. Still, we are always open to communication and ready to cooperate with the media in various forms.
